Halo Tiles & Bathrooms is a family business celebrating 50 Years in Business.
We want our sales professionals to help our customers find the perfect products for their homes/projects. Our showrooms are relaxed environments where our customers can browse and be assisted in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner by our sales professionals.
Do you have an interest in home interior design? Working for Halo Tiles and Bathrooms in this role will allow you to assist and advise customers, bringing their interior design dreams and projects to become reality - everyday! Our extensive range allows our staff a huge scope to get creative and to engage with our customers on the designs and styles they want in their new projects and assist them in finding the right products for the customer. Halo Tiles and Bathrooms sell: tiles, bathroom ware, outdoor porcelain and wood flooring. We ensure all of our staff have the right knowledge on our products to thrive in a sales role. Our unrivalled range and diversity of products gives our sales team huge commission potential.
Role Requirements:
- Attend to and greet all walk-in customers
- Deal with enquiries and orders over the phone.
- Achieve sales targets with strong emphasis on upselling
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Liaise with customers/Designers/Architects through various methods – organised meetings/phones/email/walk-ins
- Process incoming sales orders, quotation requests and queries
- Respond to queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Offer professional product advice and maximize every sales opportunity
Your Requirements:
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Experience in Tile & Bathroom Industry
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
- Positive sales attitude
- Enthusiasm to learn and excel

Schedule: 8 hour shift | 5 days between Monday to Saturday
Experience: Sales in Tiles & Bathrooms: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person at our New exciting Sandyford Showroom(Opening February 2026)
Job Type: Full-time + Permanent.
