Refund policy

Returns

When you purchase goods online, you have a statutory right to return those goods unopened up to 14 days after receiving your order.  You must email us at sales@halotiles.ie telling us that you wish to return your order.  We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery costs.

Goods returned are returned at your risk and cost.  They must be returned unopened, securely wrapped and including our delivery document.

Exchanges

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, however if you do change your mind and would like an alternative product, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items provided they are returned to us within 14 days.

Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

If you would like to exchange please note this will incur a delivery charge for courier collection of previous order and delivery of new order.  Courier cost is €50 per courier journey.
