Delivery Times

  • Minimum delivery fee of €60 applies to all online orders
  • Please be aware that while we have most items in stock and ready to ship, others may require a longer lead time of up to 3 weeks.
  • If there is a delay in your order we will contact you immediately.
  • All products will be delivered on pallet by our delivery partners.

Pallet Deliveries 

  • Our pallet delivery service offers kerbside delivery ONLY; your products will be unloaded at the closest accessible point. Manual handling of goods by our delivery partners on site is not permitted.

Additional Information

When you place your order you will be asked if you want to collect your goods or have them delivered (where applicable).

Collection Terms

  1. If you choose to collect your goods, we will email you when your goods are ready for collection.
  2. Your order must be collected within 14 days of this notice.
  3. If your order is not collected within 14 days of notice, we reserve the right to allocate your goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you.
  4. You must bring your email receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your order.
  5. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on collection of the goods.
  6. Orders can be collected from the Halo Tiles & Bathrooms Warehouse, Coolnaleen, Camolin, Co. Wexford. Y21 HX44 

Delivery Terms

  1. If the goods that you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
  2. If the goods are not in stock we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 28 business days of receipt of your order. This time frame is liable to change depending on the product. For more information, please get in touch with a member of our team.
  3. Deliveries will be made by courier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
  4. The courier will contact you in advance to advise you of an estimated time of delivery.
  5. Orders will arrive with our delivery partners by lorry. You must advise us when you place your order of any difficulties that may exist in making the delivery such as narrow entrances or laneways. If you fail to do so, and the courier deems it to be a difficult delivery location, you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an additional person to make the delivery.
  6. Due to reasons beyond our control, manual handling of goods by our delivery partners on site is no longer permitted. Goods will now be placed as near as possible to the required location of the customer by using a forklift.
  7. Our delivery partners are no longer permitted to manually place goods inside the customer’s premises.
  8. Delivery dates are estimates only. We do not accept liability for failure to deliver the goods within the times specified as a result of shipment delays from our suppliers.
  9. If there is no one present to accept delivery on the arranged date, you will be charged for storage and re-delivery costs.
  10. If you wish to change the delivery date you must contact us within 48 hours of dispatch of your order.
  11. Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or any other person at the address that you have provided.
  12. You must inspect your goods when you take delivery of them and note damages (if any) on the delivery documentation.
  13. You must unpack and fully inspect your goods within 24 hours of delivery and notify us in writing of any other fault. We will not be held liable for any faults or damages notified to us after this time.
